Our Return Policy

We truly hope you love your order from Magnolia Street Soap Mill, but due to the personal nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. This helps ensure that every item you receive is fresh, clean, and safe for use.

Because of their nature, gift cards are also non-refundable and non-returnable—but they make great gifts that never expire!

If Something’s Not Right:

If your order arrives damaged or there’s been a mix-up, please don’t hesitate to reach out within 5 business days of receiving your package. Just send us a quick message at magnoliastreetsoaps@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.


Lost Packages:

Once your order is in the hands of the postal service, we trust them to deliver it safely. If your tracking says delivered but you can’t find your package, here’s what we recommend:

  1. Double-check around your home or with neighbors.

  2. Contact your local post office for help locating it.

While we can't be responsible for lost or stolen packages, we're always here to help you navigate next steps.
