Processing Time:

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We do our best to keep rates fair and reflective of current carrier prices.

Delivery Estimates:

  • U.S. Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days after shipping.
    Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or holiday seasons.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’re happy to assist with tracking down your order.
